The January Summer workshop is aimed to explore both body and mind, in strengthening and also resting the body. With the morning sessions deepening your focus and understanding in a broad range of poses, including standing poses, forwards bends, twists, balances and backbends, and afternoons for slower more restorative and gentle asanas.

We start Thursday 5pm and finish Sunday 8.30am joining in a group breakfast after this class.

This is also a unique opportunity to gain perspective on our past year and welcome the year ahead.
