Yoga Beginner Basics are for individuals who have little to no yoga experience or wish to brush up on their abilities. These courses are an optimal way for everyone to get to experience yoga. This class introduces you to new props and builds upon your weekly classes throughout term with Yoga Bloom..
During the 10 weeks with us you will learn:
- Basic standing and seated poses
- Twists
- Simple backbends
- And start on a preparation to shoulder stand.
You are entitled to complimentary led practice. Add to cart and it will be deducted at checkout.
Remark: All make-up class will be held on Saturday 4:00pm. Please enrol before you join the class.
