TERM DATES FOR 2021 ARE:
Students get 2 make up classes for classes missed from the 10 weeks. All make-up class will be held on Saturday 4:00pm. Please enrol before you join the class. You can also ask your tutor about the missed class.
It is a good way to get familiar with the studio. Having an introductory one hour class whether you’re starting yoga for the first time or coming back into your yoga is always a good idea.
We highly recommended you book into a Full 10 weeks term.
The Yoga Beginner Basics and Beginners Courses are designed for students who are generally well and do not present chronic injuries or illness. Stiffness is not a problem, nor are injuries which still allow you to move freely – just be sure to advise your teacher of any problems you are facing.
You can practice yoga more effectively if you eat your last meal/snack at least 2 hours before class. It is better to drink water before class and not during, water bottles are not encouraged in the studio.
Arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts.
You don’t need to bring anything, the school is fully equipped. You can bring your own towel or mat if you would like.
Props foster physical alignment, helping to restore and reinforce good posture, promote lightness in the body and reduce strain.
