Enter the new year feeling strong and balanced. In these intensives we work on the physical body, with students guided through a range of poses.
You will feel flexible strong and balanced for the New Year. Both Intensives are suitable for Beginners to Intermediate. Along with the morning yoga classes, in the afternoon enjoy the restful and nourishing restorative yoga, finishing with selected quiet reflective time an opportunity to reset and refocus. Joining us, you will gain the time and freedom at Yoga Bloom to reconnect with yourself, rediscover what is most meaningful to you, and re-anchor in your body and in your life.
